28 The tri-state Telecom Operations Conference (TOC) and Showcase is two and half days of training on industry issues. In 2023, it was attended by 871 telephone company personnel from North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, as well as suppliers. Suppliers in the telecommunications industry provide a showcase with the latest technology as an additional learning tool.
