What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The UNC Bands Alumni Association, Inc. is organized exclusively for social and recreation purposes, creating opportunities for former UNC Bands members to fellowship, socialize and support the UNC Bands including soliciting funds on behalf of the Membership Enhancement Fund of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill or other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 UNCBAA serves to enhance the experiences of current UNC Band members by providing a platform for members to connect, serve, and give. This organization allows for graduates and friends of the band program to connect via alumni events and encourages donations directly to the University of North Carolina.
