Briefly describe the organization’s mission: To provide individual Washington State contract firefighters a means to become a united voice and purpose for the betterment of all contractors who provide firefighting services to the various government agencies in our state and region. Providing adequate professional (gov't approved) training is the main activity of this association.

	Our association provides several different training opportunities to maintain and advance wildland firefighters in their careers during our training season which is typically March-June. We offered aprox. 16 - RT-130 refresher training classes per month in various locations across Washington State. We offered 5 Beginning Firefighter classes in various locations across Washington State. We also offered 4 Advanced Firefighter classes in various locations across Washington State. We trained aprox. 1113 firefighter for the year. We stand ready to offer more training if needed past our projected end time in June if we have instructors available. In 2023 we offered 4 additional RT-130 classes in both July and August. All of our classes are available to members and non-members alike. Our association has a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with the US Forest Service to provide this certified training.

	Our association provides records inspection as required by the gov't contracts our members and non-members have with the US Forest Service.
