THE FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FOR USE BY FACULTY AND CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND APPLIED SCIENCES (THE "COLLEGE") FOR USE IN RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTATION. THE FOUNDATION'S GOAL IS TO ENABLE STUDENTS AND FACULTY OF THE COLLEGE TO THINK CREATIVELY ABOUT HOW SOLAR ELECTRICITY GENERATION FACILITIES CAN BE INCORPORATED INTO THE U.S. ELECTRICITY SUPPLY AND GRID.
