Please note that we requested in our 2019 990EZ that our Organizations name be changed from Georgia Chapter of the Roof Consultants Institute Inc to Georgia Chapter of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants, Inc. and with the 2019 990EZ, we provided Georgia Secretary of State documentation and new Organization Bylaws reflecting the name change with the State of Georgia Line 10 - Grant iao $3,000 to fund scholarship for SCAD student majoring in Architecture & Grant iao $3,500 to RCI-IIBEC Foundations that is committed to annual funding of college scholarships for students majoring in Building Science curriculums (see also Line 30 discussion) Line 16 - Other Expenses include the items discussed in detail in Lines 28 and 29 and Chapter Board of Directors meetings meals and travel for Board members leadership training ($849.10); and an event refund ($150.00)
