	General Membership: allows a member to participate in year-round leisure swimming and tennis. In 2022 the club had 300 family or individual memberships paying monthly dues to use the club facilities. These facilities include a 6 lane 25 yard pool that is heated year-round, a 12 person jacuzzi, 6 lighted tennis courts, fitness room, barbeque picnic area, kitchen and locker rooms.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Annually the Board requests directors & key employees to read and sign a code of conduct form. The board then reviews the forms for exceptions. No exceptions were noted for 2023.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation review and approval by independent persons for the President, board members & club manager is done by a compensation committee made up of 2-3 members of the board. They would investigate report findings and make recommendations to the board regarding compensation matters.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	A monthly newsletter is made available to all club members on the club's website. It informs members that all governing documents, policies, tax returns and financial statements are made available upon request.
