What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT (IREM) IS AN INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY OF REAL ESTATE MANAGERS DEDICATED TO ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES, MAXIMIZING THE VALUEOF INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE, AND PROMOTING SUPERIOR MANAGEMENT THROUGHEDUCATION AND INFORMATION SHARING.

THE IREM IDAHO CHAPTER HOSTSMONTHLY LUNCHEONS AND PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR CONTINUING EDUCATIONFOR MEMBERS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS.IREM HOSTED A CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT IN 2023 AND WAS ABLE TO GENERATE $18,118 TO BENEFIT ANOTHER NON-PROFIT ENTITY, CAMP RAINBOW GOLD,WHICH HELPS CHILDREN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER AND THEIR FAMILIES.
