This is a way to support and showcase both tried and true local talent as well as a number of newcomers. Last year we moved this event to the park which made for a quieter safer environment for families of all ages. 2,500

Artists dropped off work and we set up a literal as well as online galley which allowed for remote viewing and voting.     During the years of 2020 & 2021 during Covid our Arts Council took on a the unique role of coordinating community events that provided a place for artists and craftsman to sell their goods while keeping everyone safe. We were able to eliminate the physical presence of the vendors and manage small groups at a time of shoppers on account of the enormous square footage of our building. That being said understanding what information goes where on the 990 form and making sure all of the right fields are filled out correctly has been a challenge. During covid 4 of the most experienced and sr members that were a huge help to me on the council either retired moved or passed away! Finding someone locally to replace them has proven very difficult they were priceless. I have been largely daunted by 2021 and did not realize I could have filed 2022 & 2023 regardless!
