What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To advance the educational, civic, social, commercial and economic interest of the City of Winfield and general welfare and prosperity of the local community and locally owned businesses.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.

Explanation:
The Chamber is made up of volunteers who work full time jobs and work for the Chamber in their spare time. Form 990 N has been filed since 2012 as the organization's revenue has been below the threshold until 2023. As I prepared to file the 990N, I realized we did not qualify to use this form for 2023. It has taken me some time to sort through the income and expenses, read the instructions and find a company to file the correct forms electronically. I respectfully request your consideration to waive the late filing penalties.
