Pt VI, Line 6	Anyone desiring to become a member shall make application for membership upon a printed form provided by the post. Members are elected by a majority vote of the admission committee.
Pt VI, Line 7a	The board of directors are elected by the members.
Pt VI, Line 7b	Amendments to the by-laws may be made by a 2/3 vote of the members present at two consecutive meetings provided that the members shall first have been notified in writing of the proposed amendment before the first meeting.
