	Annual Conference: This event occurs every February within the Northwest and includes speaker presentations to the membership and non-member attendees. Cost include the hotel, audio/visual, show decorator, and refreshments to implement the activity. There were 441 attendees participating in the 2024 conference. The conference is 2 1/2 days in length. Revenue $327,820; Expenses $205,097

Other	Organization's Mission - The Northwest Hydroelectric Association (NWHA) provides a regional voice for the hydroelectric industry, representing the needs of its membership since 1981. NWHA is dedicated to the promotion of the nation's waterpower as a clean, efficient, cost-effective renewable energy resource while protecting the fisheries in environmental quality which characterize our Northwest region.
Pt VI, Line 6	The association has 130 members to help steer the programming of the association.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Members are responsible for voting and electing the Board of Directors for the association.
Pt VI, Line 11b	Treasurer and the Executive Director review the form 990 return and then provide it to the board for review.
