Return Reference	Explanation
Part III, Line 4:	The Association's capitalized collection consists of original artwork commissioned each year to commemorate that year's rodeo. The Association has been purchasing the original artwork since 2015. The original artwork is reproduced as limited-edition posters that are sold to collectors and the public. The collection also includes a large one of a kind horseshoe sculpture.
Part X, Line 2:	Management believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken affecting its annual filing requirements, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. The Association would recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits and liabilities in income tax expense if such interest and penalties are incurred.

Explanation

Part I, Line 2:

The Reno Rodeo Association established a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the Reno Rodeo Foundation, to utilize the proceeds of the Reno Rodeo for charitable purposes around Northern Nevada. A significant portion of our net proceeds are transfered to the Reno Rodeo Foundation annually. The Nevada Western Heritage Center Alliance is a 501(c)(3) orgnanization created to help raise capital to revitalize and rehabilitate the facilities where the Reno Rodeo is held each year. Reno Rodeo has a vested interest is ensuring we have a well maintained place to hold our rodeo every year. The Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) Wilderness Circuit is one of 12 circuits around the country established to allow rodeo contestants a way to compete close to home and still have a chance to compete for a national championship. Reno Rodeo is part of the Willderness Circuit and we support the championship finals for that circuit by sponsoring year end awards. Reno Rodeo runs a 50/50 raffle each performance with the proceeds, after payment of the raffle winner and costs to administer the raffle, going to a charitable cause chosen by the President.
