Form 990, Part III, Line 4d	OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: COGA continues to develop and build out programs that educate, engage and mobilize the employees of member companies. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: COGA assist with legal fees for cases affecting the oil and gas industry in Colorado.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	This trade association limits its membership to individuals who individually or as employees of business entities are involved in the exploration, production and sale of oil and natural gas in the state of Colorado. Members pay dues on a sliding scale which is dependent upon their respective level of activity in the industry. Members elect members of the governing body. Members would receive a share of the organization's net assets upon dissolution which would be in substance a partial return of dues.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	Committees with authority to act on behalf of the governing body timely report to the governing board about their activities and items of merit are recorded in the minutes of the governing body.
