Part VI, Line 6	The Harvard Geneva Lake Club Inc. is a tax exempt corporation that has one class of member. Each individual member also has the same voting and other rights in the Club.
Part VI, Line 7a	The 19 members elect the 5 board of directors which is the governing body of the Harvard Geneva Lake Club Inc. Each member has one vote.
Part VI, Line 11b	The treasurer is responsible for preparing and filing the Harvard Geneva Lake Club Inc.'s tax return. All information provided herein is derived directly from our annual financial statements which along with other financial information is provided and approved by the Club members at our annual member meeting. Those on the board of directors are also members of the Club and a copy of the tax return is provided for their review prior to filing.
