SINCE 2018, THE FAIR VALUE OF THIS LAND WAS CONSIDERED STABLE AND UNCHANGED AT $635,000. A FORMAL APPRAISAL OF ADJACENT LAND IN 2021 INDICATES A LAND VALUE INCREASE.
