11A THE WILL OF GEORGE C LOVELAND PROVIDED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A COMMUNITY HOUSE AND AN ENDOWMENT FUND TO MAINTAIN AND SUPPORT THE BUILDING AND ITS ACTIVITIES. THE LOVELAND COMMUNITY HOUSE CONSISTS OF MEETING ROOMS, AN AUDITORIUM, A DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN. THE VARIOUS ROOMS ARE USED BY INDIVIDUALS, SOCIAL AND COMMERCIAL CLUBS, AND EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS FOR MEETINGS AND SOCIAL EVENTS. A MUSEUM IS LOCATED ON THE TOP FLOOR. THE ENDOWMENT FUND IS NO LONGER SUFFICIENT TO SUPPORT THE BUILDING, SO SERVICE CHARGES ARE CHARGED, AS PROVIDED BY THE WILL, FOR THE USE OF THE ROOMS AND FACILITIES TO SUPPLEMENT THE ENDOWMENT INCOME. THERE IS NO CHARGE TO VISIT THE MUSEUM, ALTHOUGH VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS ARE ACCEPTED. THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF INCOME FROM THE ENDOWMENT FUND AND SERVICE CHARGES ARE USED TO SUPPORT THE BUILDING AND ITS ACTIVITIES AND NO FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO ANY INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS.
