THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER WAS RICHARD AMORE FROM THE VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. IN NOVEMBER, PLAN NH PRESENTED AT THE ACCESS MANCHESTER AND NNECAPA CONFERENCES IN MANCHESTER AND NEW CASTLE RESPECTIVELY. |
