What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT QUALITY IN THE BREEDING AND ABILITY OF THE BASSET HOUND AND PROTECT THE INTEREST OF THE BREED'S HEALTH AND WELFARE. THE ORGANIZATION HAS OVER 400 MEMBERS IN THE U.S. AND OVERSEAS SUPPORTING THE IMPROVEMENT, HEALTH AND WELFARE OF THE BREED.
