	Not for profit Swim Club assesses dues to members to use the swimming pool between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. The actual number of days may vary depending on when Memorial Day and Labor Day fall on the calendar. There are social events for the members which are an additional cost to the members. These include an annual Crab Feast, Steak Night, Party and Family Night. Members can also learn to swim at an additional cost. There is also a competitive swim team.

Form 990, Part VII, Section A, Line All	All Officers are volunteers who serve 2-year terms. No compensation is provided to the Officers.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Hunting Hills Swimming Club has its taxes prepared by a professional Tax Preparer. Once the tax forms are prepared the Board of Directors reviews the documents before submitting them.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Hunting Hills Swimming Club has its governing policies posted on its website. HHSC will make available to any person requesting a copy of its Conflict of Interest policy. All financial statements are available at every Board of Directors meeting for inspection. Any person can submit a request to view the financial documents to the Treasurer.
Form 990, Part IX, Section Column A, C, Line 11g	Included in this expense line are general pool, building, and grounds maintenance and repairs. During FY 2022, the organization incurred additional costs stemming from vandalism, equipment repairs, and tree removal. Additionally, lawn care costs increased significantly due to the use of contractors instead of volunteers.
