PART I, LINE 2: BEFORE GRANTING TO A NON-U.S. BASED ORGANIZATION, RLF REQUIRES DOCUMENTATION FROM THE APPLICANT THAT ESTABLISHES AND DESCRIBES THAT ORGANIZATION'S LEGAL STATUS, PURPOSE, AND MISSION. ADDITIONALLY, RLF CONFIRMS THAT THE POTENTIAL GRANTEE AND PRINCIPALS DO NOT APPEAR ON THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT'S LIST OF SPECIALLY DESIGNATED NATIONALS (SDN). RLF ALSO REQUIRES GRANTEES EITHER TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A DESIGNATED BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE GRANT FUNDS, OR RECORD AND MAINTAIN THE GRANT FUNDS IN A SEPARATE BOOKKEEPING ACCOUNT. THE W-2 COMPENSATION FOR 2023 REPORTED BY RESOURCES LEGACY FUND FOR AVI GARBOW, ROSINA BUGARIN, AND HELENA CHOI TOTALED $610,852, $295,276, AND $284,364, RESPECTIVELY.
