THEY STOOD IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE TENNESSEE3 TO DEFEND DEMOCRACY AND ENSURE EVERY VOICE IS HEARD. TEA ALSO MADE SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS TO RESTORING DEMOCRACY BY CONDUCTING 92 VOTER REGISTRATION EVENTS AND 42 RETURNING CITIZENS' RIGHTS RESTORED, RESULTING IN 2,200+ COMMITMENTS TO VOTE. VOTER ENGAGEMENT AND IMPACT: IN 2023, TEA CONTACTED OVER 4.5 MILLION VOTERS THROUGH PHONE CALLS, TEXTS, MAIL, AND DOOR-TO-DOOR CANVASSING. THEIR EFFORTS LED TO 256,000+ INDIVIDUAL VOTER CONVERSATIONS, ENSURING THAT TENNESSEANS ARE INFORMED, ENGAGED, AND READY TO VOTE. SUPPORT AND RECOGNITION: TEA SUPPORTED OVER 150 SMALL BUSINESSES BY CONNECTING THEM TO FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES AND PROVIDED DIRECT SERVICE SUPPORT TO 150 INDIVIDUALS. THEIR DEDICATION TO LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WAS SHOWCASED THROUGH THEIR LIBERTEA COLLECTIVE, WITH 10 GRADUATES JOINING THE RANKS OF COMMUNITY LEADERS.
