Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Local's general membership is comprised of individuals who have excecuted a written application for membership, have tendered the appropriate initiation fees and one month's dues, and have taken the oath of obligations as a member at a regular meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Nominations are held every three years at a special meeting. No quorum shall be necessary at the special meeting. All nominations will come from the floor at the meeting. All officers and trustees will be elected every three years. All members in good standing have the ability to vote for one individual per seat. Voting will be done exclusively through ballot held on the second Monday in March at the Chicago office. Absentee ballots are available for members who live more than 75 miles form the Chicago office or who cannot vote in person on the day of the election. Absentee ballots must be received by 4:00 PM on the day of the election.
