FORM 990, PART VII, LINE 1 The MO PERC board with the approval of the State of MO. entered into a contract with MLPGA, INC. to provide all support operations,including support staff,technical services,telephone service,and other adm services.The costs that are directly associated to MO PERC would be paid from their funds. Under this arrangement employees of MO PERC work on both entities activities and is reimbursed under this contract with a cap not to exceed amount. The amount paid by MO PERC to MLPGA for management expenses for FY '24 was $402,171. A portion of the management fee was used to pay the salary and benefits for MLPGA employees, including Steve Ahrens whose compensation information is included on Part VII and Schedule J. Steve Ahrens is an officer of both Mo. Propane Education Research Council and MLPGA,Inc.MO PERC HAS ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT WITH MISSOURI PROPANE GAS ASSOCIATION FOR OFFICE SPACE AND BOARD ROOM RENTAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE FISCAL YEAR TO MISSOURI PROPANE GAS ASSOCIATION FOR RENT IS $24,000.00.
SCHEDULE R, PART II, COLUMN (a), LINE (2) MOPERC collects and remits statuory fees on behalf of MO Propane Gas Commission. These two Organizations do not share a Board of Directors and are not related for any other purposes.
