	Shooting Tournaments - 3 major tournaments and 3 local tournaments. (1) 6 days - ATA Western Grand Satellite. (2) 5 days - ATA Utah State Trapshooting Tournament. 3) 2 days - ATA September Shoot. 4) 3 1 day shoots for local trapshooting groups. Purpose is to provide organized shooting events to improve marksmanship, safe firearm handling, and to promote sportsmanship. Dinner, and Miss and Out fun shoots provided for 1 major tournaments to encourage participants to interact and exchange knowledge and techniques.

Provides amenities needed to sponsor shooting tournaments and meet organizational goals.

Range provides oppotunities to improve marksmanship and safe handling of firearms. Improves knowledge and sportsmanship through social interaction.

Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Organization has members. Members may join for the year by paying $50 or buy daily memberships for $5. There is only 1 class of member.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Members elect new officers annually. Per the by-law change in 2011 the Board or directors was disolved and elections were held to fill all 5 board positions. At the time of the election it was understood that the 3 cadidates with the highest votes would serve for 2 years and the 2 receiving the next highest vote totals would serve for 1 year. Thus every other year 2 new board members are elected and on opposite years 3 new board members are elected.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	The governing body has appointed a bookkeeper to prepare the books and tax returns and the governing body reviews them after preparation at their next meeting.
