What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Fourth Street Festival Corporation will put on a festival of local and national artists on the weekend of labor day every year. The festival will promote visual, music, and performance art in the Bloomington area. Through the artist that it recruits, the Festival will be a source for high quality visual art. For the Bloomington and surrounding community, the festival will enhance its cultural profile and give many artists the opportunity to earn a living selling their artwork.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The Fourth Street Festival Corporation successfully put on a festival where 120 artists from around the nation displayed artwork. 15 community arts organizations also were given the opportunity to promote their arts organization giving the community the opportunity to learn about, participate in and support art in the Bloomington area. The festival had an attendance of about 50000 people.

Explanation:
With the changes to the filing requirements and our recent change from a 990N to 990EZ. Our organization did not realize that we would be required to file this form this year. Our state (Indiana) now does not require annual reporting of non-profit finances. In addition the new requirements to file digitally meant that the normal methods of filing were not available to me. The most popular forms of accounting software did not support our non profit category.
