Supplemental Information for Schedule L John Post is the Vice-President of this entity. He resides less than two miles from the Cemetery. He is compensated $100 for execution of lots selling for $1,250. He receives $200 for lots selling in the amount of $2,500. These are the only types of sales. The sales prices are set by the governing body. He is excluded from voting on this issue due to potential conflict of interest. He submits all moneys received from customers to the Treasurer who monitors the transactions and pay him the appropriate compensation. John Post is a self-employed individual and completes the tasks under his own supervision in accordance with the criteria set by the Board of Directors. Therefore, he is compensated as a nonemployee.
