Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 20 A sponsorship for the the subsequent fiscal year (August 2023), $500 to a charitable organization, was paid in the previous fiscal year (May 2023) and was not correctly booked as a prepaid expense. On July 1, 2023 that item on the balance sheet, Net Income (-500) reduced our Total Equity to the reported $30,634. However, by June 30, 2024 that $500 item had cleared, resulting in Retained Earnings/Total Equity balance of $31,134. This results in $28,417 of Equity.
