What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Create a welcoming network of women in STEM to help them develop confidence and community in their fields.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Provide members with a welcoming community of likeminded individuals with similar goals. The program does this by offering support and guidance to individual chapters which host different events (social, networking, professional development, etc). This helps a little less than 500 people a year.

Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 10 The fundraising amount on line 6b (plus $0.29) was donated to teachers in need of funds for STEM projects. The organization did not keep any of the money it fundraised. The rest of the funds on this line were paid to members to assist with their attendance at our national convention and to scholarships.
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 16 The other expenses include most of our standard expenses. The largest amount of our expenses is for our insurance policy, which is about $30,000 a year. Other expenses include travel for directors and leadership consultants to visit chapters and get to convention, our website software, trademark and licensing upkeep, and awards.
