What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Vicksburg Kiwanis Club is a service organization dedicated to serving the community of Vicksburg and the surrounding area by doing service projects which are community service oriented, support sponsored youth programs such as Key Clubs in the three local high schools, provide much needed books in the elementary schools as well as reading the books.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Sponsor Youth committee supports the 4 Key Clubs that the Club sponsors for 4 of the area high schools. These include Collage Scholarships, Key Club Advisor dues, meals for Key Clubbers who visit the Kiwanis Club each week, and a K-Family party for the Key Clubs and includes a cookout in the fall and spring.
