Part VI, Line 1a	Residents of the three Dallas neighborhoods who pay membership fees are members of the organization and vote annually for the officers who serve on a voluntary basis. There are four voting officers.
Part VI, Line 6	All officers are volunteers and serve without compensation. There are no employees. Key organizational documents are available on the website, and all are available to officers in a cloud repository (Dropbox). Financial reports are provided periodically to all officers, including bank statements and Vanguard statements. Vanguard holds our reserves in cash type reserves, since membership fees are paid once a year and then consumed with program service expenses throughout the year.
