What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To build good citizenship by running a volunteer civic organization dedicated to serving individual and community needs. The Civitan Creed focuses on our belief that by reaching out in service to others we can help build a better community and, in turn, a better world. Special attention is given to service projects that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Return Reference Explanation
Schedule G, Part II, Line 11 Event 1 : Indoor Pub Golf - Fundraising event held to raise money to support the Civitan Club of Idaho Falls and its many charitable service projects. Event 2 : Alive After Five - Fundraising event held on Wednesday evenings for twelve weeks during the summer. Live music, food vendors, beer, wine, and soda draw crowds to support our summer fundraising event. Monies earned support the Civitan Club and our many charitable service projects.
