What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Lake Gilman Owners Inc. is a not for profit corporation that exists to serve and protect the common interests of its members. These interests include but are not limited to the maintenance and preservation of LGOs land and structures. Roads buffer land a community building and a spillway are holdings that are managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. LGO has no employees and does not maintain a payroll.
