General explanation attachment The Running Man Recreation Association (RMRA) is a social club providing 215 families access to the clubhouse andcommunity swimming pool. Members of the RMRA pay an additional fee to be a member of the recreation association andoversight is separate from the Home Owners Association.RMRA members enjoy reduced rate rentals for the community clubhouse and full access to the community swimming poolduring the swim season. Members outside RMRA are not authorized access to the pool and guest passes are onlypossible if sponsored by a member of the RMRA.The only association to the RMRA is through members of the Running Man Community Association (RMCA) who pay anadditional fee to be a part of the RMRA.
