What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? This organization sponsors recreational functions for over 900 employee members, their spouses, and dependent children throughout the year. These include events such as family picnics, golf and fishing events holiday themed parties for the dependent children and grandchildren of the employees, etc.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 All of our organization expenses are covered by this total. They include expenses for sponsoring and organizing all of our member functions, as well as expenses for liability insurances. Examples of sponsored events include but are not limited to family picnics, golf outings and tournaments, various fishing outings and tournaments, children's holiday themed parties as well as various other employee participated social activities such as sports leagues.

This amount is calculated and paid to our organization monthly by Refreshment Solutions, LLC. Refreshment Solutions, LLC owns and operates these on-site vending machines.
