Part VI, Line 6	Owners of a grave plot designate one person to be a member of the association for the purpose of voting at the annual meeting.
Part VI, Line 7a	The members of the association elect the officers and directors at the annual meeting. The officers and directors conduct the ongoing business.
Part VI, Line 8a	The Brewster Cemetery Association officers and directors are all volunteers. As needed various committees are formed that meet informally to deal with issues that arise. Formal notes are not taken at these ad hoc meetings.
