What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Logan Airlines Management Council Inc is a professional trade association of executives of airlines serving Boston Logan Intl Airport in Bostgon Massachusetts. A yearly convention is help outside of Boston consisting of Directors, one per airline, as well a senior executives of vendor companies that do business with all airlines at Boston Logan Intl Airport.Funds are collected from the vendor companies for the cost of the conventgion for meals, hotel, group activites, and any additional costs. LAMCO member dues and a nominal fee are collected yearly from all Directors to attend and help defray some of the cost of the convention. There is also a insurance premium that is paid yearly to protect against director and vendor travel liabilities.

Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 1 Logan Airlines Management Council, Inc. is a professional association of executives of airlines serving Boston Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachssetts. During March or April a yearly convention is held outside of Boston consisting of LAMCO Directors (one Director per airline), as well as a senior represenative of vendor companies doing business with the airlines at Logan Airport. Funds are collected from the vendor companies for the cost of the convention, which consists of hotel, meals, and any group activities.
