Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	All members are required to be Veterans of Foreign Wars like WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Afganistan, Iraq, etc.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	There is election of officers each year done by members present at the March and April monthly meetings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Copy is sent into the SD State VFW Quartermaster in Sioux Falls. Also each year the district Commander does an audit/review of the books including the tax return. Tax return is available at monthly meetings if anybody wants to look it over.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	Books are available to anyone interested each month at the meeting. There is also a quarterly audit done of the books by three Trustees and sent into the SD State VFW quartermaster. Also an annual inspection by the district commander.
