Our Residents' Association was unaware that a change had been made that required us to submit our IRS 990 electronically. We had both faxed the form to the IRS and mailed the IRS 990 by certified mail to the IRS. We also had difficulty establishing an account with one of the no cost online providers recommended by IRS. We are an all volunteer organization, made up of seniors on average over 80 years old, without professional accounting or IT help.
