Other nominations may be in writing with the signatures of at least 25 Voting Members in good standing and placed in the hands of the Secretary no later than October 15, including a statement of the candidate so nominated, stating, if elected, he or she is willing and able to serve as a Director. The Secretary shall report the list of those Other Nominees who meet the criteria herein to the Board of Directors. At least 21 days before the Election day, the Secretary shall: (A) Post the names of all persons as nominated and the date of the Election Day on the Club website and in the Clubhouse; (B) Mail the list of all such nomiations with notice of the Election Day to the Voting Members along with a ballot for voting. The ballot for voting shall designate the Committee Nominees as those nominees selected by the Nominating Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. |
