The employee must complete a donation request form AND provide proof of donation from the designated school. The donation must be made by a Grinnell Mutual active employee and may not be a collection of funds from others. The donation must be made directly to the designated entity: college university or K-12 school. Matching funds will be limited to two requests per year per employee. The MAXIMUM annual match per employee for all education donations is $500. Donations made prior to August 15 2022 are not eligible for submission. Requests will be considered and processed in the order in which they are received. Annual funding may be limited by the GMG Foundation at its discretion.
