The association also encourages the youth to consider the plumbing trade as a career. The UPHCA helps members with safe work practices. IKt also provided continuing education classes for it s members as well as the plumbing industry. The UPHCA works to foster ethical work practices and helps provide resources that help it s members with their business operations. Form 990, Part VI, Section A , Line 3 DPIT Consulting is the contract administrator for the UPHCA. DPIT Consulting pays David Hill for his services as the Executive Directorof the association. David Hill received $69,309in fees for the year ending December 31, 2023. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6: Membership is divided into three groups, Members, Affiliate, and Associate Members. Members are limited to licensed plumbing contractors as defined in the Utah code and who have fully paid their membership fees. Associate and Affiliate members may be construction material suppliers, contractors and people or companies from construction related fields and industries, who have fully paid any membership fees. The association also encourages the youth to consider the plumbing trade as a career. The UPHCA helps members with safe work practices. IKt also provided continuing education classes for it s members as well as the plumbing industry. The UPHCA works to foster ethical work practices and helps provide resources that help it s members with their business operations. Form 990, Part VI, Section A , Line 3 DPIT Consulting is the contract administrator for the UPHCA. DPIT Consulting pays David Hill for his services as the Executive Directorof the association. David Hill received $69,309in fees for the year ending December 31, 2023. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6: Membership is divided into three groups, Members, Affiliate, and Associate Members. Members are limited to licensed plumbing contractors as defined in the Utah code and who have fully paid their membership fees. Only members have voting rights, and their rights are limited to approval or removal of directors, and modification of blaws and articles. Associate and Affiliate members may be construction material suppliers, contractors and people or companies from construction related fields and industries, who have fully paid any membership fees. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7A: At the annual meeting the Members of the organization elect the governing board on an annual basis. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7B: The governing board requires the approval of Members before any changes can be made to the bylaws of the organizaion. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8B: The bylaws of the organization allow the board to designate committees to act on it s behalf. At this time, there are no committees that have the authority to act on behalf of the board. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B: Members of the Board of Directors are provided a copy of the 990 upon request.
