	VPCA is a community association that provides swimming and recreational activities to its members. During 2023 the pools were resurfaced, a major maintenance expense. We also undertook significant tree maintenance and groundskeeping. Finally, we engaged an architectural firm to give expert advice on long-term capital projects and to provide long-term project management going forward.
