Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A copy of Form 990 is Emailed to the board of directors prior to filing. Within two days, each director must review the 990 and respond with any questions.

If a conflict arises during the course of the board member's term the member is required to notify the other board members as soon as possible.
