THEY MUST HAVE MANIFESTED QUALITIES OF LEADERSHIP, INITIATIVE AND AGGRESSIVENESS THAT GAINED FOR THEM THE RESPECT OF THEIR TEACHERS AND ASSOCIATES. THEY MUST NOT HAVE ENGAGED IN PRACTICES THAT BROUGHT THEM TO TRIAL BEFORE CIVIL OR SCHOOL OFFICIALS. THE SCHOLARSHIP WILL BE PAID TO ANY ACCREDITED COLLEGE NATIONWIDE.
