PROVIDES SUSTAINABLE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR THE CENTRAL ACTIVITIES OF THIS CONSORTIUM AND ENSURES GLOBAL COMPLIANCE WITH REGIONAL AND NATIONAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS.
