Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The corporation is a real-estate holding company. It holds title to and administers funds necessary to maintain the building and property in which the Masonic Organizations meet. The Masonic Organizations are shareholders of the corporation. At the beginning of the year the shareholders transfer funds into the corporation to cover the maintenance expenses for the year. Maintenance includes but is not limited to utilities, general maintenance, and repairs. At the end of the year, all excess funds are transferred back to the shareholders.

	At the beginning of the year the shareholders transferred to the corporation $16,539. The corporation incurred expenses of $8,427 for the maintenance of the building, including utilities, insurance, and general maintenance and repairs. In May of 2023, the building was sold for $600,000. After closing costs, proceeds from the sale netted $583,010. The principle was invested in an interest- bearing account and earned $15,812. At the end of 2023, the corporation transferred $606,935 to the shareholders.
