All individuals interested in running for the Board must fil out an application and they are reviewed and interviewed by the Nominations Committee. The Nomination Committee selects the individuals who will be placed on the ballot. All individuals interested in running for the Board have a background check. If a member is going to be nominated from the floor they must notify the Nomination Committee prior to the Annual Meeting so that the background check can be completed. We have Associate Board members who attend the Board meetings but do not have any voting rights. |
