Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The CPA firm preparing the Form 990 sends the prepared form to the Local. The bookkeeper and Business Agent review it for any discrepancies. The form is then signed and presented to the members for their review. Once these review procedures are complete, the form is then filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Conflicts of interest are monitored by the members. When conflicts are noted, members report them to the governing body for further action.Governing board meets monthly and dicusses all policies and/or potential policy changes. Members have monthly meetings to stay informed of all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a	Top management's compensation, which includes the Business Agent and Assistant Business Agent, is stated within the Local's by-laws. Members can vote to change their compensation by voting for a change to the by-laws. This has to be approved by the members and then is submitted to the International union for approval. Once all approvals have been obtained and the by-laws change is accepted, then compensation for management can be changed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	Officers' salaries are stated within the Local's by-laws. Members can vote to change their compensation by voting for a change to the by-laws.
