Explanation:
After the board had two treasurers resign from the board, being newly appointed to the position, while gathering the data to file the 990 ez, misuse of funds by the former Chief were discovered, almost zero receipts or documentation, it has been a challenge for me as the new treasurer to gather the needed figures to complete any documentation. The board has filed charges against the former Chief and are in the process of filing a claim with our insurance to try and recoup those missing funds.
