Explanation:

I had submitted this filing in Nov 2023. I was not aware it did not complete until I received a letter from the IRS yesterday regarding a late filling. This was so much easier when I could file with a paper filing and know it was dropped off at the post office. Please excuse this late filing I am still unsure how this did not get submitted when I completed the form in Nov of 2023. Thank you.
